Ancient Epidavros is located in the northeastern part of Argolida on the shores of the Gulf of Epidavros. Amphitheater built on the ruins of the ancient city of Epidavros is a harmonious link between mountain and sea.

Access to Ancient Epidavros can be done both by road and sea. During the summer months, particularly July, itineraries by ferry boats from Piraeus port, serving those who want to attend some of the festival performances.

Drive from Athens via Corinth (134 miles) or from Nafplio through Ligourio (36 km). There is also the provincial road Ermioni – Kranidi – Epidavros. Finally, run regular routes by bus from Athens and Nafplion.
